      - People and People - Uncapped commissions...Money, accelerators can be huge. - Great trainning ground for unexperienced professionals

      Cons

      Change is a forbidden word... Accountability only for sales structure, not for the rest of the company - including Sales Engineers Company trying to look as an Enterprise level organization but with Mom & Pop mentality Constant changes on commission structure, always looking to pay less.

      Cons

      You will be treated like a drone. Your individual value is meaningless. Employees are fleeing, retention is raised as an issue, but no one is willing to actually address it. Culture is a highly secretive one. Technologically, they acquire other properties to sell them, but invest the bare minimum in development. Customer service is non-existent to the point of embarrassment - they are too terrified of liability to raise a finger to help their customers.
