      Pros

      Good benefits package, lunch twice a week in the office, overall most of the reps are really cool people.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged. There's no way around it. You will be pestered about one thing from your manager then will be pestered again about another action item you were trying to complete before they reached out to you. Your goals mean nothing to upper management. You can tell them what you want to accomplish within the company, and want does/does not work for you but it won't matter. Also, countless shady acts committed from sales managers that were constantly overlooked by directors even when reported to HR multiple times.

      -catered lunches and celebrations for good quarters -great products that are very easy to sell -good money -middle management does care

      Cons

      -micromanagement due to CEO trickling down orders -no culture -no growth opportunities -feels like you're a hamster in a wheel -every month is treated like end of quarter -no learning development

      Culture and Management Needs Improvement

      Pros

      Very competitive salary and good benefits including plenty of PTO, free lunches and snacks, 401k, etc. Big, well-known company that can look good on a resume. Plenty of work to do, you will never sit around with nothing to do. At the individual contributor level, there are great people and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      Very high-stakes, fast-moving, competitive, stressful environment to work in (no matter which department/role you are in). Upper management (Senior Directors and higher) do not have good management skills, don't treat employees like humans, simply care about work output. There's not much room for growth, many people are stuck in their position for years at the company with no upward mobility.
