Not good for experienced, could be fun for starting developers
Pros
-Interesting financial bonuses -Cool and smart teammates -Freedom to change teams -Latest technologies in some newer projects -Work/life balance
Cons
-Low pay -Unnecessarry management level -New CEO and new management makes me feel like in a bad Indian youtube programming video -Horrible code quality in core projects -Almost non-existent integration testing, all is just unit tests and then straight e2e test -Lot of manual tests -New and different projects get abandoned fast -Lot of people quitting after Solarburst -You will be moved a lot, to different teams, constantly switching on which product you'll work -Customer support is a part of the work and sometimes, it's just overwheling. The pressure is felt when release is coming and some important customer issue comes.
