Pros

Opportunities to be involved in Interesting projects, but highly subjective to the team. Got to work with very smart people and did a lot of work I am proud of. At one point the culture was great and there was a lot of collaboration between teams. Free Lunches.

Cons

High turnover, including extremely hard working employees. Not a meritocracy, as new hires would often get higher salary offers than staff in the same role and years of experience within the company. Opportunities for training were practically non existent. Antisocial behaviours not dealt with.

I've been working in the company and been involved in several projects: there is no dull moment, there are so many things happening, so many possibilities for one to find their interests. HR team is just great and does do many things for the employees in the last year!

Cons

If you're not used to working in a team, get things done - it's not the place for you

Great engineers, but you find jerks everywhere

Pros

Best engineers in the city work there. They went agile to help build discipline in engineers. Regular engineering and soft skills sessions organized by the employees. They had code reviews, thorough testing procedures, project planning and continuous integration.

Cons

Pushed people around projects without caring if they will like it or if they will perform on the role forced upon them. Little to no focus on automated testing. Limited salaries for specific roles. Difficult to get a raise. Jerks... I mean really stupid jerks worked there, hard to ignore at times - they got a raise more often. Lots of manual testing. Drinking was OK with the lower management, but the higher management was not OK with it - what do they care about what people doing in their free time...
