      Great company that went south.

      Pros

      As a company there are many pros. But the cons mask all the good the company has to offer. They would really benefit from a restructure.

      Cons

      No structure and high stress. Your not seen as equal and your opinions are worthless. Worst of all is having opportunities opened, but management denying your advance to another department.

      -Friendly environment -Free Lunch 1 day out of the week -Room to grow within the company -Progressive company, socially

      -We would work super long hours, especially at end of the month. -The method for entering the orders was outdated -Many errors can happen and you will be blamed for it
