Pros
A lot of talented people. They hire only the best and say all the things to make you feel like you are appreciated. Friendly atmosphere. Growing company with a lot of potential. They are good and making you believe you are part of something exciting and that they value you and your ideas.
Cons
Poorly managed from CEO and entire leadership team. They are all on the last leg of their careers and are just waiting to retire after they take the company public and cash in. They are not interested in the future of the company or the development of their team members unless you are their friend. Many of the Executives came from Dow which is known to bully, push others down, step over them to pull themselves up. This is especially true with the General Counsel. Good lawyers do not necessarily know how to handle the business needs of a global company. She knows how to present a competent and dynamic personality but she has no substance or leadership skills. She relies on Sr Legal Specialist to make her administrative business decisions, who has no managerial, financial or technical background (just a gruff disposition) and has no business making decisions on processes she doesn't understand. They only know their way of doing things from working together for 20 years and bullying tactics that they learned from Dow. Watch your back if dealing with these people.
