Lack of top down transparency Clunky systems especially as it relates to sales reporting and data

The company overall provides a good work environment and strong opportunities. However, at the local level, there are concerns regarding SDL leadership effectiveness. Some SDLs appear to lack sufficient technical understanding and visibility into the actual work being performed by their teams. Additionally, there is a perception of bias in hiring, recognition, and rewards, with appreciation often limited to close references or preferred individuals rather than based on merit, performance, and contribution. This impacts morale and may discourage employees who consistently work hard and deliver results.
