There are still good people at lower levels.
Cons
There is a lot of micromanaging, with bosses acting more as order-takers than leaders. This leads to constant conflicts of interest, for example bringing consultants who are their friends rather than experts. The culture is really poor, there's zero empathy, communication isn't a strong point, and the strategy is unclear. Health and Dental benefits are not good.
