If you accept a role and are offered a performance incentive - don’t count on it. They don’t pay them even if you are promised one. They also don’t give annual merit increases to anyone except a very small few. No work life balance and expectations that you will drop everything any time of day to address work issues and often have to fly to Texas with zero notice and no regard to any personal commitments already made. If you are offered a job - make sure you negotiate for a guaranteed annual bonus and guaranteed merit increase. Otherwise you will never see them. They have lost so many great employees due to how they treat them. Do your research on this company and on the owner.
