Pay is decent because no one wants to work here

Cons

Leadership is bad - immature and very condescending behavior . You do the work and they take the credit. No growth - you’ll get burned out and leave. Look at the job boards. People can’t leave fast enough. No gratitude or appreciation for working long hours to meet deadlines. And there is always a deadline. No raises. Business is going downhill because of inept leadership - both on PE and company side.
