Pros

NONE at all, sorry not sorry

Cons

-Unreasonable workload -Poor Communication -Let me "go" right at 6 mths- so They did not have to give me a raise as promised, earned days off etc. -inadequate training - lack of benefits -nasty bosses - HR was awful - tons of broken promises. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pros

Good pay, Christmas gifts, Company Credit Card for expenses, and that's about it.

Cons

If you have good ideas, your bosses may be jealous of you and try to get rid of you for fear of outshining them.

Pros

The job wasn't physically tough as it involved sitting the whole day; There are break rooms and a smoking area; they often provide pizza and popcorn to show appreciation for their employees;

Cons

Emotionally stressful when getting insurance calls that involved death; some policy holders aren't people persons, even over the phone; if you get sick, you cannot be excused even with a doctors note; you have to learn multiple platforms to be considered for increase pay (this doesn't include different sectors of insurance within a platform); if you do well, you're forced to learn other sectors and you will have to go through training in which the schedule is not your regular one, meaning if you had tuesday off, and put in training, you lose your day off AND they will put you in training with barely any prior notice. If you have something planned, you have to cancel it
