      There is food sometimes brought in.

      Cons

      They will find 10 new ways to measure your productivity and how valuable you are, even if those 10 ways conflict with one another, they will take the one that puts you in the worst light on paper to diminish your worth to the company. This ends up very poorly for management, as they lose their best employees.

      Worst Management Ever

      Nothing. Except that management cared so little about their employees that they did not notice when I was out of office taking interviews elsewhere.

      Cons

      Where does one start? The managers do not do any work and then take credit for lower level employees work. When I complained about my manager, I was put on a performance plan (word to the wise, dont complain just leave) None of the departments talk to each other, so a lot of the time I would do a project and then find out someone in another department had done the exact same job. They are so cheap. So cheap that they had the worst vendors and products would show up broken or not show up at all. Ex. the paint job on their new office... there is orange paint where its not supposed to be. Every single Wednesday the engineers get free lunch. Are they more important than other employees?
