      - This is for you if love to shape ideas into products - Fantastic team and people - Work with exciting technologies - Amazing location by lake Zurich and nicely designed office - International - Fast moving, does not get boring

      Cons

      - Need to learn the culture - Compared to other tech companies more top-down - Working with US requires some late calls, but the day also starts later

      Pros

      Breakfast and lunch are catered. Many refrigerators stocked with many different drinks. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      There is no concern for work-life balance. You are expected to work, or be available, 24 hours per day seven days per week. Many people work well in excess of 40 hours per week. The running joke among many people there is to see if new employees last one month.

      Poor management style - IT company driven by finance

      Great team and colleagues Opportunity to learn many different things Office is new and nice and in a convenient location

      Cons

      Management is mainly made of finance people who have no clue about IT and people management Micromanagement All decisions are short-term and purely driven by money There is no vision or road map or whatsoever (or if there is it's not shared with others) Decisions and priorities are changing too often HR does not exist
