Hi, Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we regret that your experience at Audatex has not been positive as we would hope. We are always aiming to create an inclusive work environment that encourages growth and innovation. Supporting associates to achieve and exceed their potential, through a regular qualification review. At Audatex we have a Learning & Development programme which helps our employees to develop their careers that includes coaching and management training opportunities available for associates with line management responsibility. Certainly, we do not tolerate bullying behaviour and have a strong internal culture that values morals and integrity. We would be grateful if you could contact us to share more about your experiences with line management at Audatex, (human.resources@Audatex.co.uk), as this would help us make Audatex a better place to work for all our associates. Thank you for the positive elements you’ve highlighted - we will be giving more back to associates throughout 2019! Especially once we have moved to our new office location, which will have some fantastic new facilities for all associates. If we don’t hear from you, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.

Pros

food & drinks but that's about it

Cons

Where to begin. Everything was done to try to impress the CEO which usually came at the cost of doing anything that would actually improve the company. There were good people that worked there but the overwhelming sense of dread overshadowed everything. There were occasional happy hours but those were the only hours people were happy. There was a distinct feeling that management had squeezed the life out of every company Solera owned. You'll constantly wonder if today is the day the whole thing falls apart.
