A fear-based sales organization specializing in business metrics, process, operations and efficiency tools, where senior management lacks understanding in the very concepts of efficiency, process, operations, business metrics and sales. The over-titled and under-qualified are especially skilled at protecting their often self-assigned impressive titles, though none of them upgrades their skills to actually fulfill their entitled roles. Surrounding themselves with people whose competencies or talents cannot exceed their own, they imagine the world's limits going only as far as they themselves can see. And best of luck to anyone pointing out they're myopic.
