Pros

Pros of working for Soliant. The working atmosphere is good. There is a good synergy with coworkers. There is a big push for a good working team environment. Ample new hire training and continuing training. This is definitely a place where if you work hard and do a good job and achieve your goals you will be compensated accordingly. If you slack off you will not make it here. It is nice to see that those who work hard are recognized and compensated accordingly.

Cons

There appears to be a high rate of turnover here, but I would imagine that is common in this line of work. If you are not a good recruiter you are not going to make it. Some people are just not cut out for this field. Definitely a cubicle environment here. Some competition between coworkers and other office locations can be frustrating.

Pros

Soliant Health is a great place to work. From the Management to the continued learning there are so many reasons most enjoy working here! We have weekly team training lead by upper level management. We also have a "Success Express" program that cultures and assist in the development and learning process of all new employees. All managers are extremely approachable and friendly. Once a month there is a company outing such as bowling, kickball, and golfing, it is a chance to leave early and go and casually enjoy something together outside of the office. Overall, this is a very comfortable and outgoing environment. The salary is fair with the understanding that compensation is where you will grow. It’s nice knowing you have control of your own pay and if you want a raise, work hard and it will happen. I strongly suggest Soliant Health to anyone looking to further their career and grow in the business world.

Cons

Starting off can be a little difficult simply because I was learning a new field and was a little overwhelmed. Training, however, is very helpful.

Pros

Soliant is a culture that can not be re-created. The top level management are not only seasoned business professionals, but in my opinion, good people. I hold a similar respect for my colleagues and enjoy the atmosphere. Soliant has developed me into a successful working professional. Through guidance/training, I have developed a confidence to run my desk. I feel empowered, educated, and excited about working here!

Cons

Sometimes the music is horrific, but life goes on. It is definitely a sales position, and there are expectations for you to reach in order to keep your seat. This can be scary for a new recruiter, but also drive you to success.
