Soliant creates a fun yet professional work environment. At Soliant we work hard but we also play hard. There is a strong belief in work life balance.

Cons

It’s a major corporation and with out focus one could get left behind; however management has a tremendous amount of training designed to prevent that from happening.

Commission structure rewards production as it rises. Lots of autonomy at your desk Interdepartmental social events throughout the year Mid Day exercise encouraged Work/Life Balance promoted Flexible work hours available Repeat business and long term relationships with clients and RNs My departments works great together even with us all being pretty independent

Cons

Your product is a person working, and people sometimes have issues; things you can't control effecting your production. The emotional rollercoaster - but is manageable Training could be a little better for new hires - but a good level of "finding your own way" is still required to succeed & make it work. Work habits of some could be improved to raise level & quality of production; I think too much autonomy is given sometimes.

Would be beneficial if they stayed open later -- maybe 7:00. Provide employee lunches for high performers once a month (brought in by a local deli).
