**My main criteria in staying with a company is that I would like to trust in their vision and make sure their values mirror mine** While working at Soliant Health I have had my share of ups and downs, but I’ve previously worked at several Fortune 500 companies and I’ve come to realize that some things really aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. Soliant, though, is NOT one of those things. My experience here has been better than all of my previous work experiences combined. My manager is a fantastic leader. He’s someone who regularly inspires me and motivates me to give more and do better. I feel more fulfilled and purposeful in my role here at Soliant than I ever have before, and it makes for a completely different work experience. The culture here truly is amazing. I love my coworkers and I know that they are a big portion of what makes the work experience here so wonderfully unique. Take it from someone who’s been all over, not every company is like this. You’re not going to find this kind of environment or experience just anywhere. I would recommend working here to even my closest friends and family.

I’m very pleased with the quality of support I receive from my representative. I haven’t had problems whatsoever—consistently have work, get paid on time, etc.
