I am fortunate to come to work every day with incredibly smart, hard-working people who are collaborating to solve complex problems. Despite being a relatively new hire, I am treated with respect and afforded the opportunity to add value just the same as my colleagues that have been with the company for years. I appreciate that my ideas are listened to, and feedback is given in a clear and direct manner.

Cons

I read all of the reviews on this site while I was interviewing and am glad that the reality of working here is far different from the perception. It is true that the hours can be long and the performance expectations are high. The demands of a well-established company can make the atmosphere tense at times, and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are looking for a job where you can always leave at 5 pm and there is no pressure to meet tight deadlines, this is not the place for you. Management is very direct when giving feedback and some people may be uncomfortable with that style.
