Pros

Interesting concept for Niche patients. Start-up environment. Good communications in the company. Upper mgt supportive and listening. Room to grow. I think this company could do very well and am excited to be a part of it.

Cons

Pt volume is low, pt's are quite demanding. Not a position for new grads, or unseasoned medical professionals. Requires a high priority on creating a positive patient experience.
