I liked their goals and what they put in their "about" statement.

Cons

No show to a 15-minute phone interview... They didn't even communicate with me if they were late or unable to conduct the interview. 0/10 professionalism.

If you love being a healthcare worker but are so burnt out in the hospital, this is a great option. Talented, kind, loving, compassionate clinical staff who are all close and supportive.

Cons

It’s a young disorganized company that often prioritizes ultimate profitability over quality of care, quality of clinics etc. It feels like there is MAYBE one clinical person at the table making decisions but they definitely do not represent the majority of people in this company.
