Snhmc got swallowed up by Elliot and SolutionHealth rebrand and marketing and messaging was and still is confusing to patients

The pay is very low and then health insurance is expensive for what you get. The family deductible is 5k, which is a lot considering how low the salary is. This deductible is also only if you stay within the tier 1 network, which is basically only solution health. Our of network deductible is anywhere from 7k-10k depending on where you go. There is also very little flexibility with schedules and no room for employment growth and development despite what they tell you.
