Pros

100% remote. No micromanagement. Pretty good pay

Cons

Rude and unprofessional staff stay with the organization. Competent employees leave for better jobs. Thats how they can brag about people staying for 20 plus years. Weak leaders. No decision makers. No governance or vetting process for projects.
