      Pros

      Highly motivated team of people. Interested in continuous improvement, strengthening processes and procedures, and working as a team. Company is beating expectations, and there is significant potential for future growth.

      You need to be comfortable in an environment of change, but where they will ask for your opinions and experiences to weigh in on how to make things better.

      Pros

      I had good leadership and belonged to a great team at 3M\Solventum. People listened to my concerns, feedback was always appreciated and the team really stuck together thru thick and thin. If you were willing to stick your neck out for others, the effort did not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Since the split from 3M, Solventum seems to have an issue deciding in which direction they are going. There is a reduction in force that is taking place and it is adding pressure to already strained resources.
