Remote work flexibility. Opportunity to innovate. Very seasoned talent with great experience and willing to share knowledge. Collaborative culture and a highly passionate workforce.

Cons

Many employees are wearing multiple hats and stretched beyond capacity while we continue to transform the organization. While this could be seen as a con today, people are motivated and excited to be part of the journey.

Cons

No job movement. Work life balance severely taken a hit. Even management is working when on vacation. To many changes, not enough Standarization. Feels like a new company even though they have 3M roots.
