Great place to work. Vast potential to move up if you have a bachelor's degree.

Cons

Without a degree you get stuck, They pay you more than you can get most places, but with no advancement it's a double edged sword.

I really enjoyed working with my team. I learned a lot about what it took to become a better more organized worker. Great pay and good benefits

Cons

The manufacturing people always got the short end of the stick. There didnt seem to be much employee engagemnet accross all of the departments.
