We were recently acquired by Somatus, and the experience has been exceptional. Somatus clearly listens and implements actionable changes whenever possible, which is more than I can say for any other company I’ve worked for. I’m thrilled to be part of a company that genuinely prioritizes its employees’ best interests as a fundamental part of its mission. I like that the position is remote and coworkers are nice

Cons

Management loves to micromanage and treat you like number. Expectations are always call more, constantly harassing members. The pay is not enough for the expectations. Not many company holiday, especially day after thanksgiving.
