      A disorganized mess

      Pros

      Managers admit that they have no idea what is going on and ensure that the RNs have every reason to feel confused, overwhelmed and set up for failure

      Cons

      Thrown into positions without training $$$ matters to them. Brag that they went from Net Worth of over 200 million to 3.5 billion within 2 years, however I promise if they are audited by their investors it will be evident that tasks are past due and the caseload is not managed as presented to investors. Thousands and thousands of past due items. Absolutely pitiful. Nurses are "thrown" into roles without proper training very high turnover Promised a 401K plan to begin at the beginning of 2022, hasn't happened

      Company values open communication; they listen to input. They are actively involved in improving employee and patient experience and service. Full support provided. Work from home opportunities. Great training. Stress is minimal. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Growing company with constant changes that are sometimes hard to keep up with (not necessarily a bad thing).

      Living my dream job

      Pros

      I work remote on a pretty forgiving schedule. I am able to help patients while not being hands on. They give frequent updates and classes via zoom and teams meetings. The pay is competitive and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Training is all done online so you really have to be motivated and pay attention. Working remote makes communication hard sometimes.
