We are also happy to hear that you have enjoyed working with our teams and enjoying time off and utilizing all the great Sonder perks! It’s true that long hours and turnover can take a toll on employee experience. Over the last year we have put concrete measures into place to improve work-life balance for our teams, such as reinstating monthly culture budgets, and starting hiring again to help alleviate workloads. We believe that it’s up to our Leadership to model these behaviors and have intentionally focused on encouraging employees to create and maintain boundaries for a work-life balance. Additionally, headcount projections are being reviewed regularly to enable the company to have adequate staff as we continue to grow and ensure that all employees have the support they need.
