Pros

Great starting position, you get to experience several different departments and functions during the rotations. After the program they let you decide what OpCo and what position you think will be the best fit for you. You can tell Sonepar cares about their new employees by the way they invest in them. We're sent on residency trips to see how other OpCos operate as well as to attend training sessions.

Cons

Haven't experienced any so far.

They really care about their future. Invest a lot into training.

Cons

I would like the rotations to be shorter so more can be fit in, this way I see more of what the business is all about.

Pros

The company is designed to allow you individuality within a group structure. They mentor you for success and do not focus on your mistakes instead they use those mistakes as learning tools. The environment is pleasant, no worries about who is talking about who today as that type of behavior is not tolerated @ the workplace. I have learned a lot being here, my boss is an excellent mentor and I am extremely lucky to have him guiding me through this new role.

Cons

Oh this is hard to decide, so many great things about the company I have not really experienced any Cons so far except maybe the work load assignments sometimes you just need more time in the day to get things done the RIGHT way
