Pros

The company took care of their employees and I always felt welcome and heard. As a biology students, working in the lab was good experience. Even a few entry level positions with no degree requirements were available.

Cons

Like most companies, they had a certain corporate-rigidness that I don't personally enjoy.

get paid on time, get to work with quite a few knowledgeable people but there is a revolving door

Cons

does not value personal effort, achievement or accomplishments, short staffed, overworked and underpaid, review time of the year means same excuses followed by exodus

Good benefits, nice area to work in.

Cons

No communication with managers. And departments are like cliques. If you don't fit in on day one, you are shunned for the entire time
