Decent pay for phlebotomist but unfair starting wages

Cons

Terrible management, off site phlebs work with little to no supervision, witnessed many people late chronically or call offs and rules broken and no termination then others who work to the bone at a main facility and get constant harassment from management. Favoritism and extreme gossip and unprofessional staff
