Pros

Good organization to work for. Given plenty of autonomy. Good hourly pay and benefits.

Cons

Communication breakdown between departments can cause confusion and problems. Also getting the same answer to a question you have from two different managers seems impossible at times and can be frustrating.

Interesting work, large company with many locations

Cons

Toxic work environment. Managers are clueless and allow supervisors to run amok. Tight little clichés that destroy any chance of a pleasant work experience. Managers also tend to micromanage and do not allow employees to think for themselves.
