Business Outlook
Pros
The company culture at sonic healthcare is second to none. If you are looking for a place to settle with job security, Sonic is the place to be. I saw no evidence of mismanagement, and I never felt under-resourced.
Cons
If you are in your early career, there isn't a lot of opportunity to move up because most employees are in it for the long-haul. There are opportunities to move around in the organisation, but these are limited to on the rare occasion that someone leaves.
