I can't think of anything that makes this a place worth the headache of management.

Cons

The management is trash. Lack of professionalism is unlike anything I've experienced. Poorly worded and misspelled emails. They would send an email saying one thing only to immediately send another backtracking and correcting constantly. Supervisor over department is rude, discriminates, hold grudges, demands respect while incapable of giving respect, talks to employees like they are children (she has said because I said so numerous times if you ask questions for clarification), and generally unpleasant. Supervisor will give negative reviews without proof or receipts to back up claims. Not once have they ever asked employees to any kind of company review. Truly the company only cares about your quota. You're just a number.
