- Slow but present opportunity for growth as they promote internally which is good - Good coworkers who are helpful and supportive - Gives time to train, settle in and understand the role
Cons
- Clearly doesn't care about staff or people at a management level - Management re-hiring or retaining staff who are friends/family despite poor record and unpopularity with staff - Very disconnected from staff - only focussed on growing the business in the short/medium term - Low pay and will cut costs wherever possible - Very high turnover which can cause shortstaffing in periods
