People are generally nice and work hard. You can learn a lot if you put your head down and don't mind the corporate politics.

Cons

Corporate politics are strong here. Good ol Boys Club, followed by pushing yourself into the right room and being a yes person, you'll do fine. Careful of your manager stepping on you to get ahead.
