      Pros

      Highly motivated Sales and Support organization. Good pay. The company is taking an aggressive approach to expanding the target market. I have a great team. I get to work with the spearhead of technology.

      Cons

      Very corporate feel. I don't feel like anything more than a number to leadership. Very volatile right now, due to targeting new market. Very poor benefits, especially the health care benefits.

      Pros

      The paychecks didn't bounce so I guess that is a plus.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The leadership will lie to your face while stabbing you in the back. Be a technical lead, well they don't want technical knowledge. They want sheep who will repeat a message. They do not want anyone who will complain about the multiple technical issues with the products. Want to deploy a fleet of firewalls? Good luck with that, but you better not say that or will get fired.
