Great people, and a culture of caring and integrity. At SonicWall you can truly make a difference and take on new challenges if you are willing and you can be part of a great cause of protecting businesses, schools and other organizations.

Cons

SonicWall is in a highly competitive market and it can be tricky to keep up with much larger companies with more resources. We have to be really nimble and smart to remain competitive.

The benefits are outstanding and the pay is ok.

Cons

High volume call center type of service, Managers to busy with quantity versus quality. Training standard is not high on list. either you will flop around like a fish and slowly learn for yourself or you will not make it. Pretty straight forward.

E level and above management are doing everything they can to anger customers employees and stakeholders. To many missteps to count. Long with some mid level managers who are there based on friendship not merit. Also the positive reviews here are bribed to to be good...
