Pros

I cannot find any positive things about this company. You will get loads of time for your personal life. (see cons on why)

Cons

Management is very arrogant and have no idea how to treat employees. With constant company ownership changing, management just wants to make some quick money and sell the company to someone else. Only the upper management is rewarded (even though they do not do the hard work). The rest of the people are hardly or never rewarded. I would not recommend anyone to this place as there is no rewards at all. Most of the people working here are elderly US citizens or green card holders. They work in this company only to kill time and not to do any real work. Avoid this company at any cost.

Pros

Not sure there are any - new leaders brought in my PE firm are HORRID.

Cons

Bad leadership wh are 100% clueless Just laid off entire NorAm sales team from leaders down, many had been with SW for years & were expert at what they did, owners could have cared less Bad judgement on process, products, direction HR team a disaster! Would give zero stars if an option

Pros

The people before the Dell sale: During the Dell days people worked closely with each other and that turned into the feeling of a family The "Good" benefits: Matching 401k but up to only up to certain amount Commuting benefits if you need it Vision was good since every company I know uses VSP You can accrue up to 3 weeks of paid time off but good luck using them 2 weeks of personal time (sick time, going to see medial appointments) Bagel Wednesdays Ice cream Fridays Dinner nightly but its mainly for the engineers, there may be leftovers but I'd think twice before taking some Not much else

Cons

Where to start... There is no work/life balance as they run the company as lean as possible - just a warning that you may get a phone call after you leave the office Management wants the company to have a silicon valley vibe but wants you in the office everyday as they don't trust that you really are doing work at home The management is abysmal most of the time, there are rare flashes of lights that was inspiring but fades rather quickly A lot of the time management will change processes not understanding what was driving the work There are these grand plans that management wants to do but it gets pushed down to the already overworked people below No career growth here; even if management would talk to you about it, it'll go no where The pay here is not very competitive with the bay area at all The rest of the benefits are the worst thing I have ever seen: Medial is a joke - the insurance broker tries to haggle for a better deal on your behalf but I ended up paying more than the prior carrier Dental denied teeth cleaning No wellness plan to promote healthy living No cellphone reimbursement so don't brother putting your work email on your personal device Unless you're coming in as a manager or higher you're just here for a paycheck while looking for a better opportunity
