      -- Excellent Team Lead and Managers in Tempe office -- Very good learning experience for freshers -- SonicWall firewalls are great devices to work on

      Pros

      Coworkers are easy to get along with. Management talks to you, not down to you. Family first policy. Company sells solid cyber security products, so you can feel good about your work. Many of the jobs are work from home or partial work from home. I haven't had any problems with micromanagement, which I hate.

      Cons

      Training at your job is on you. There is not much of a mentoring program, and even if there is, the mentor is too busy to spend a lot of time with you. There are no set in stone standards for what your job entails, so a colleague on a different team may work harder, or not as hard as another with the same job title. This can also lead to folks not staying in their lane. On the other hand, it can give you freedom to do it your way.
