Definitely an exciting place to work
Pros
I've been working at Sonicwall for over 15 years, and I still get excited every morning waking up and going to work. There are two primary reasons: 1. This place is filled with the people that I very much enjoy to work with. 2. Sonicwall's products are attractive and exciting. Developing such technology is both challenging and rewarding.
Cons
Sonicwall has gone through a few major changes in ownership. During these periods things were uncertain, and management was confused with no clear vision for the company. As a result there arose tensions among many teams which created an unpleasant environment. Though much less severe these tensions still exist to this day. Hopefully, with the present strong executive management these issue can be eliminated eventually.
