Cons

No room for growth. Terrible management. No promotions. No work life. Terrible upper management.

The product is solid. The day to day work is simple and have the correct tools at our disposal to get the job done. Sometimes decent free lunches Solid 401k plan Amazing management at the call center level

Cons

Calls can get tiring Executive management running the company into the ground Poor call coverage can make case loads very stressful

Pros

Solid security products work well, products are getting better and better. Sp,e co-workers and local managers are good to work with.

Cons

No communication from bigger boss with lots of changes that are all just passed on like rumors. Watching support shrink to nothing in AZ, only add techs in India or Canada. More new products, no additional training, same training as provided to customers and sales which is no help for support. No troubleshooting tools beside free ones techs find. No career path and low end salary
