      Interesting products and global company. I also got to work with very good engineers.

      Cons

      Lack of job security. The number of US employees in SEL went from 25,000 to under 1000 when I was there.

      Offered well balanced life style for employees.

      Last number of CEOs and executive management lost touch with reality and did not adapt fast enough to analog to digital platform conversion. Did not invest and inject new capital to new manufacturing technologies and factories.
