      Pros

      Great facilities (beautiful & clean building, gym, nice cafeteria with diverse offerings, parking structure) Flexibility to accommodate employee's needs Abundant growth and movement of roles internally Senior management are very approachable and have a leadership style that makes it easy to get behind their vision Employees are very collaborative in nature

      Cons

      There is a cautiously optimistic feel with tenured employees due to a number of lay-offs within past years Internal systems used can tend to be non-intuitive

      Pros

      Products, benefits and corporate culture experience.

      Cons

      Favoritism, really heavy management layers, some of them 20,30,40 year vets! almost impossible to get a new idea heard unless you play ball and cozy up to leads/managers. yearly head cutting of most the lower level staff to get the numbers. most of the managers remained. Lack of product vision and arrogance baed on what Sony "used to be".

      Pros

      The company offers decent competitive pay, raise are minimum 2-4% and is based on review (can be bais), bonus is based on how the company's results are. Hours are decent, people are good, building is new, caf is pretty good.

      Cons

      Not sure what tomorrow will bring. Lots of changes annually. If your looking for a discount max discount at any point is 25% which is nothing, you can probably get it cheaper outside. Wouldn't' go back if asked too.
