      Sony pays decent, but if you are salary they will take advantage of you.

      Cons

      Too much pressure and stress, not worth it. Sony is really going down in every way.

      Pros

      Sony offers a wide variety of solutions in the consumer electronics realm. They have an on-site gym and a great location to work in.

      Cons

      The internal politics of the company are just astounding. Simple tasks become insurmountable, nearly herculean efforts. Everything is controlled out of Japan, and they simply ignore the cultural differences and assume you have some level of knowledge from their culture which makes their statements and policies understandable. I guess politeness is also a cultural aspect as I find some of the Japanese management people to be extremely inconsiderate and rude.
