      Sony was a great place to work with a good environment and co-workers, however the business is on a free fall.

      Pros

      Sony has a good working environment. The compensation is fair. Most people are talented making team work enjoyable. Awesome place to work, if it wasn't for the current negative profits and economical situation.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation, still not lean enough to react and be flexible to adapt. Sony United never really took place as it was meant to be. Communication issues that impede the flow from top management to the entire organization (all levels).

      Pros

      Was fortunate enough to work with very talented colleagues and worked for some really good managers.

      Cons

      Year after year of lay offs, which became more and more responsibility for those that remained.
