      Excellent products and reputation in the marketplace. A wide range of products that most people know about.

      Cons

      Huge financial woes and severe cutbacks. Lack of currently innovative products and lack of marketing support to launch those products where can be considered innovative. Lack of leadership and vision for the future from middle to upper management.

      Good benefits, good pay - great opportunity for career skills and background.

      Cons

      Low morale, a lot of lay-offs recently for re-organizations. Promotions and lay-offs not necessarily linked to your skill set, more by the people you know.
