Pros

There are still a few departments that value dedication in employees and give recognition. The dress code is business casual so no need to spend a lot on fancy suits.

Cons

Job security has eroded for just about all departments. The mentality is increasingly become more about self preservation instead of valuing & supporting employees that go above & beyond. There are a few bosses that try to maintain positive morale but its getting harder as there are no incentives to give employees that work hard.
