Pros

Great Culture and the people are great to work with. The place is laid back and easy going, but everyone still has a professional side to them. Employees are taken care of pretty well. I've seen people get salary raises for their hard work, and in some cases promotions.

Cons

Pay is not bad, not great either. You have to work hard to get to where you want to be. The place can get very cliquey if you don't establish yourself and put yourself out there early. The temps/interns there are basically used for busy work and things that are not intellectually stimulating.

Pros

None - especially since they moved the office to One Penn Plaza, a real hole. The concentration is so much on the bottom line that they have trouble getting their eyes off the bottom line, and seeing what to do about it. The answer to low profits is to lay off people, or only allow new employees to come in as temps to be used and discarded. There's also a very deep good ol' boy culture going on there, where personable young men are promoting beyond their brain capacity. Additionally, if you have a problem, don't expect anyone there to back you up, no matter how right you are. Just roll over and play dead.

Cons

No vision, no innovation, no ability to change with the times. None - especially since they moved the office to One Penn Plaza, a real hole. A Crying Shame.

Pros

Many of the staff are deeply committed and passionate about music, super-friendly and build deep lasting relationships with each other. We have the opportunity to work with the richest most diverse catalog of music ever assembled. Many fringe perks.

Cons

Senior management pays a lot of lip service to improving communication, but they don't spend the time to look at the big picture of overall structure and how it can be adjusted. Lax managerial style breeds employee apathy. Focus on "just do it to say we did it" rather than attempting to be innovative.
